MOSAIC Group Hosts Fellow Remodelers for In-Depth Analysis of Their Business

Atlanta-based MOSAIC Group [Architects and Remodelers] recently hosted a Case Study Meeting of Remodelers Advantage Roundtables, an industry think-tank for top remodelers. The company allowed nine fellow group members to analyze their business from the inside. They reviewed systems and procedures, interviewed staff, and uncovered the strengths and weaknesses of the company. The group chose MOSAIC Group to visit through a vote at a prior Roundtables Meeting.

Co-owners William Fadul and Rick Goldstein said the experience was one of the most powerful things that has ever happened to their business. Thanks to the help of their peers, Fadul and Goldstein will be able to develop highly effective and efficient systems for all areas of the business, which will enhance the remodeling experience for their clients.

The Remodelers Advantage Roundtables is a program of Remodelers Advantage Inc., a Laurel, Md., business that offers remodeling company owners and employees services designed to keep them at the cutting edge of business excellence.

MOSAIC Group [Architects and Remodelers] is an award-winning design/build company with Indoor and Outdoor Living Divisions.
